I'm a Senior Site Reliability Engineer focused on building reliable, observable, and scalable platforms for complex enterprise environments.

Over the past decade, I've worked across Site Reliability Engineering, observability, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and operational automation, helping engineering teams move from fragmented monitoring to unified, actionable reliability platforms. At Morgan Stanley and Lowe's, I've designed and modernized observability platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, and Kubernetes, supporting environments spanning hundreds of microservices.

My work sits at the intersection of reliability engineering and automation, from metrics, logs, traces, SLOs, alerting, and incident response to infrastructure automation and platform engineering. I've also been exploring how Generative AI and AIOps can enhance incident triage, anomaly detection, alert correlation, and root-cause investigation.

Beyond maintaining systems, I enjoy engineering the systems that help teams operate them better by reducing operational toil, improving visibility, automating repetitive work, and creating platforms that are easier to scale and maintain.

Today, I'm particularly interested in the evolution toward AI-native SRE and intelligent observability, combining Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, OpenTelemetry, modern observability platforms, automation, and AI agents to build the next generation of reliable systems.
